SUPPORT & LOCAL DATA

Know where your
training lives.

A practical guide to the current app and this public website.

App availability

GymPro is in development for iPhone and Apple Watch. This site introduces the product and its published catalog; it does not offer a public app download. Optional account registration is available when the account service is configured for this deployment. The public catalog does not display personal training history.

Local use and optional cloud sync

The current app stores routines, workout history, settings and personal photos on your devices. Everyday logging works offline without an account. An account keeps its own separate local data. Cloud synchronization requires a separate choice in the app; enabling it includes routines, exercises, completed workouts, recorded health details, profile measurements and private exercise photos. Transfers retry while the app is open, and conflicting versions need review.

Deleting the app or losing a device can mean losing locally stored data. Save a full backup somewhere you control before replacing or resetting your installation.

Back up before replacing data

In the app’s data settings, a full backup exports your personal records and available attachments. It can include health measurements and recorded outdoor routes, so treat the file as personal information.

Restore shows a preview and requires explicit confirmation. It replaces the app’s current local data rather than merging histories. Finish ongoing workouts before creating or restoring a backup. Backups with unfinished workouts are not accepted.

Erasing local app data does not delete the account’s cloud records, backup copies saved elsewhere or workouts already saved in Apple Health. Account deletion is a separate confirmed action. After restoring account data, review the cloud connection before synchronizing again.

Watch recording is optional

GymPro supports ordinary workout logging without Health access. Recording through Apple Watch requires your choice and the relevant system permissions. Heart rate and other measurements are shown only when available.

Outdoor route recording is a separate choice for each supported workout and requires location permission. Real-device sensor accuracy, background behavior, alerts and battery use are still being tested.

The Watch can queue workout changes while disconnected. Allow it to reconnect with the phone before replacing local data; a restore resets old Watch work instead of merging it into the restored history.

Choose what you share

Routine files share a plan without your workout history, profile, Health samples or personal photos. Imported routines become independent copies.

Manual AI-review export is a separate file-sharing action. Its generic mode includes a plan; personalized mode adds the selected personal training and health context shown in the preview. GymPro does not automatically send that file to an AI service.

Check the preview and destination before sharing any file. Shared copies remain wherever you save or send them.

About this website

The public library reads a published catalog from the GymPro catalog service. It has no access to your app’s private data. If that service is unavailable, the library displays an error instead of substituting sample exercises.

The site includes no analytics scripts, third-party fonts or advertising. It saves your selected website appearance in this browser. Configured account pages also use protected session and request-verification cookies for sign-in and account actions. Hosting and network services may still process ordinary connection information.

The exercise library is a reference, not a personalized training prescription. Starting targets are editable examples; adapt training to your own circumstances.
